Easy Dynamics Corporation is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a large cloud-based Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program in the federal public sectorWe are builders, problem solvers, and trusted advisors who support mission and customer satisfaction.

Our core competencies include Cloud, Information Sharing, and Cybersecurity.Responsibilities:
Develop and facilitate planning across multiple agile teams, support execution, and optimize the overall flow of program delivery
Work with business leaders and other internal customers to capture requirements and translate into technical tasks.
Manage organization of tasks into epics and releases using Agile toolsets (e.g. JIRA, GitHUb)
Document team processes and project-related artifacts in Confluenceor similar toolset
Work closely with technical teams to manage Agile lifecycle activities (Scrums, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.)
Work within technical team and also with other (non-technical team) workstreams of people to unblock technical team
Coordinate with the Program Manager and client program leadership on team activities, resource planning, and scheduling
Scrum Master certification
Demonstrated experience as a scrum master in on Information Technology projects, preferably Government-orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfortable working in client-facing role, often at client's facility
Qualifications:
Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
Demonstrated experience as a scrum master / RTE on large transformational IT programs, preferably in the public secrtor
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsand comfortable working in client-facing role
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance (Public Trust)
3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions
Leadership and management experience
Excellent people and project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
US Citizenship is required
