The HR Manager acts as compliance manager to ensure the organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. This position provides guidance on compliance matters including responding to requests made under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act. The HR Manager plans, develops, and implements personnel record retention and performance management systems.
