    Human Resource Generalist needed for full time, Direct Hire position in Oceanside, CA Compensation $75K-$85K D.O.E.

    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives within the organization. You will collaborate closely with employees and management to foster a positive work environment and ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process
    • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to employees and managers
    • Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
    • Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
    • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
    • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
    • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives to promote employee engagement and retention
    • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 3yrs.+ proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations
    • Agricultural industry experience & H2A program support highly desirable
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
