    This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity for experienced professionals seeking greater autonomy, flexibility, and purpose while operating at a executive level within the education and leadership development sector.

    About The Role
    As an Independent Marketing Executive - Education & Leadership, you will operate your own business activity aligned with the promotion and growth of established leadership and personal development education programs.
    This role focuses on marketing execution, relationship-based growth, leadership development, and community engagement, rather than traditional employment-based management.
    What You'll Do
    • Lead and manage your own marketing and outreach activities within the education and leadership development space
    • Develop personal leadership capability and professional mastery through established education programs
    • Engage in purposeful, values-based conversations with growth-oriented professionals
    • Support and mentor individuals committed to leadership development and personal growth
    • Build and guide an independent, values-aligned professional network
    • Utilize user-friendly digital and AI-supported tools to improve communication and workflow efficiency
