    Job Title:

    Enhance SRIM Experience with Heartfelt Care

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide assistance to residents with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
    • Show empathy, kindness, and respect while interacting with residents.
    • Report any changes in resident health or emotional well-being to the supervisor.
    • Serve meals and assist residents in the dining room.
    • Participate in leisure activities and maintain a clean and safe environment.
    • Perform general housekeeping duties and ensure a dignified caring atmosphere.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • One to two years of related experience or training.
    • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
    • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
