    Description
    We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Receptionist to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make, both on the phone and in person. This is an in-office position with the hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

    This role will also include research and data entry of property information.

    *Candidates that do not currently hold a bachelor's degree will not be considered for this position*

    Duties may include but are not limited to:
    • Greet and welcome guests
    • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them and/or take messages
    • Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them
    • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Make coffee in the morning and tidy the kitchen in the evening
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Research
    • Enter property values, tax rates, etc., into F|B's database
    • Manage database of electronic client files
    • Billing tasks, including creating invoices, updating accounting records, customer information, and sending payment reminders.
    • Take up other duties as assigned
    • Appearance conscious
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree *Candidates that do not currently hold a bachelor's degree will not be considered for this position*
    • Two years of office experience
    • Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
    Desired Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Research
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    • Organized and detail-oriented
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    Compensation
    • Starting Wage: $17 per hour
    • 120 hours of PTO after a 90-day probation period (unused hours are forfeited annually)
    • Typically, 17 plus paid holidays
