    Summary:
    This is an onsite HR role with a heavy focus on recruiting. It will be working with HR, employees and the plant manager in a manufacturing plant setting.

    The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy finding new avenues for recruitment, including offsite events like career fairs and presentations at local schools.

    This position will be staffing nonexempt positions in a fast-paced environment.


    Job Description:
    Review and categorization of all incoming applications.

    Responsible for sourcing, screening of resumes and conducting initial interviews of candidates in person, phone, virtual or at career fairs.

    Post jobs to appropriate job boards, company website, social media, schools, niche sites and researching and connecting with other outlets to find qualified talent including direct recruiting.

    Make recommendations for candidates to proceed in the interview process.
    Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with detailed notes.
    Assist in developing and maintaining updated job descriptions and job postings.
    Schedule and conduct all interviews involving the plant leadership as necessary.
    Schedule drug screens, and submit background checks to applicable agency.
    Communication with Potential Hires regarding all timelines and training.
    Review and completion of all incoming paperwork and correspondence with Corporate.
    Employee relations.
    Perform other HR duties as necessary.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
    Internship or other work experience related to staffing/recruiting in a manufacturing setting preferred
    Strong and intuitive decision-making skills
    Punctuality and problem solving skills needed
    Strong technology skills and familiarity working with Microsoft Office products
    Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred or similar ATS exposure
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
    Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced, ever growing environment
