    JOB SUMMARY:

    Coordinates and facilitates all interfacing with designated customers. Manages the communication, documentation, quoting, delivery, material and sales related activities for designated customers. Act as the internal voice of the customer. Works with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met.

    Nature and Scope

    As a Manager, you would be responsible for managing a team of contract manufacturing Program Managers and cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a program to external customers. Managing outsourced OEM relationships that procure, manufacture and deliver PCB's to end user manufacturing clients. Plans and directs program schedules and budgets. Monitors program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with key customers on technical and business matters. 1.Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers. 2.Ability to conduct quarterly business reviews with customers including current performance to stated metrics. Conduct plant tours and presentations as required. 3.Responsible for understanding and driving the customer P & L (sales, margins, mark-ups), contribution goals, inventory goals and specific cost drivers 4.Assist in the development of the annual budget while coordinating and managing customers annual and monthly forecasts. 5.Coordinate and manage all prototype and NPI activity with the NPI group. 6.Verify quoted price to purchase order price, assembly lead-time, revision and due dates with customer response team before acceptance of customer P.O. 7.Responsible for customer transitions of new and /or existing business to other company owned manufacturing sites. 8.Maintain and provide required reports to internal management on status, tactical and strategic topics as well as current customer satisfaction issues. 9.Manage the customer projects across organizational boundaries to create synergy.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Primary coordinator for the processing, implementing, and disposition for internal and external EC/Ecn from inception through implementation and financial disposition.
    2. To partner with Purchasing and our Customers for prevention and disposition of Excess and Obsolete inventory by working collectively as a team for prompt resolution and minimize the financial burden.
    3. Be the driver to conduct formal internal and external Customer Program Reviews to review and verify operational effectiveness, contract compliance and performance parameters.
    4. Provide consistent exceptional proactive customer service by demonstrating effective communications and customer account management skills. To be the primary Customer Advocate, Facilitator and Business Advisor to the General Manager, Sales Team, and Management for enhancing business growth and increasing revenue while maximizing profits.
    5. Primary Customer Advocator and Facilitator to provide the essential communications and responsiveness to create long term customer partnerships.
    6. To partner Purchasing, Production and Engineering to maintain consistent on-time delivery performance of 95% or better for all Customers.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION: Education: BS or BA preferably in Business or Manufacturing Management. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in program management within a contract manufacturing environment preferably PCB's. Experience and a good conceptual understanding of an ERP system required. Must have global communication skills and experience and proven success in dealing with internal and external customers. Knowledge: Solid understanding of fundamental manufacturing processes, negotiation techniques, product configurations and a thorough understanding of the program management function to the customer.
