    Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
    • Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase available listings and attract potential buyers.

    • Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms and successful transactions.
    • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
    • Assist clients in navigating the home-buying or selling process, offering guidance and support at every step.
    • Utilize company-provided tools and resources to manage client interactions and track sales progress efficiently

    Qualifications:

    • Real Estate License required or in progress.
    • Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to convey property details and negotiate terms confidently.
    • Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and commitment to success.
    • Familiarity with real estate market trends and a willingness to stay informed about local developments.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members, contributing to shared marketing strategies and client solutions.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to manage client interactions and track sales progress efficiently.
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client needs and property showings simultaneously

    Compensation:
    $120,500 - $195,000 yearly
