- Assists in collection of appropriate data, analyzes, prepares federal, state, local sales and income tax reports and returns.
- Assists in reconciliations of the company's fixed assets including fixed asset system maintenance and tracking and property tax reporting to various state/local agencies.
- Responsible for all reporting and reconciliations and verification of royalties.
- Responsible for all Cash reporting, including daily reconciliations, weekly cash flow reporting, month end journal entries, and monthly cash flow reporting. Prepares all cash schedules for outside financial and SOX audits.
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and documenting business transactions.
- Assists in external audits and internal quarterly/annual audits. Prepares required schedules for all audits.
- Assists Controller or Manager in preparation of Monthly Reporting Package to Headquarters.
- Works closely with external and internal auditors to ensure efficient and timely completion of audit procedures.
- Assists in data preparation for jurisdictional licensing and renewals.
- Responsible for prepaid amortization and tracking.
- Assists Accounts payable on check requests/invoice processing.
- Audits contracts, orders, vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
- Assists with Installation, modification, documentation, and coordination of the implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
- Devises and implements system for general accounting; may be required to make recommendations regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
- Maintains general ledger, prepares various accounting statements and financial reports, demonstrates general knowledge of payables/receivables, invoices, purchasing, expense reports, discounts, and cost centers.
- Reports any discrepancies, changes or recommendations, and/or problems for resolution to management.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least two years of related experience in accounting or bookkeeping, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Must be able to obtain gaming license.
- Demonstrated computer literacy in accounting software, Access, Excel, Lotus Notes or other communication software experience a must. SAP, Pronto training or equivalent experience necessary.
- Full time / 40 + Hours per week. Must be flexible for overtime, including evenings, weekends and Holidays as required.
- Must be comfortable working in a cubicle with limited working space for long hours with the ability to remain seated at the computer terminal for extended periods. Extreme repetitive motion using keyboard, mouse and telephone. Position can be high stress and extremely fast paced. Ability to handle directive, assess situations, enter into dialogue and complete tasks. Must be able to communicate verbally and write in English.
- Position shall work primarily in an office environment. Position shall maintain a cubicle in close proximity of other cubicles and offices.
