Job Title

PT Luxury Retail Sales Associate Opportunity at Madison Avenue Boutique

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by presenting products, explaining features, quality, prices, and product care
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and add-ons
Maintain client database and acquire new customers
Merchandise the boutique, ensuring products are displayed, organized, and meet corporate guidelines
Prepare merchandise orders, handle deliveries, and maintain stockroom
Keep all areas in pristine condition, including shelves, floor, cash counter, dressing room, and stock room
Participate in regular training and team meetings on product knowledge, customer service, promotions, and visual merchandising
Operate POS system and maintain cash handling records, reports, and procedures
Comply with health and safety regulations, federal, state, and local laws, and company standards
