    We are seeking a seasoned Technical Recruiter (Hybrid - 2 days in office) to join our client in McLean, VA. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies, and source top talent through various channels. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting, proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions, and excellent communication skills. Previous government contracting experience is a must.

    Essential Job Functions:

    • Build communication with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs. Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for assigned business units, leveraging a variety of sourcing channels, including online tools, events, marketing, academic partnerships, and social media platforms. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet hiring targets and ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates.
    • Maintain clear communication and accountability throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to established policies and procedures. Monitor and track the progress of open requisitions, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, and individual team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent in combined education and experience)
    • Must have OFCCP knowledge
    • 5+ years experience sourcing/recruiting cleared talent
    • 10 or more years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
    • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of requisitions
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
