Dinsmore is accepting resumes for our 2027 Summer program and 2027 first year Associate class for positions in our Intellectual Property Department in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Dayton, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; Detroit, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and San Diego, California.
Interested students graduating law school in 2027 and 2028 must be able to demonstrate high academic achievements in law school and undergraduate school, excellent research and writing abilities, extracurricular involvement and/or employment history (preferably in leadership positions), maturity, ability to accept responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
Dinsmore's Intellectual Property Department includes a group of 100+ intellectual property attorneys in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, Ann Arbor, Detroit, Boston, Chicago, Groton, Indianapolis, Lexington, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Denver, Los Angeles, San Diego, Miami, Tampa, and Washington, D.C.

The weekly salary range for Summer Associates is $3,500 - $3,650 and varies by location. The salary range for first year Associates is $172,000 to $187,000. For more detailed information about the firm, please visit
