    CSI Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Staff Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. CSI Pharmacy is a nationwide specialty pharmacy, founded by pharmacists and dedicated to providing services for patients with chronic and rare illnesses that require complex care. This role will be based out of the Dallas, TX area.

    As a Staff Development Specialist at CSI Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of our existing and new employees. This position is responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in the specialty pharmacy domain, and possess excellent communication and instructional design skills.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    •Training Delivery:
    • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for existing employees, ensuring comprehension and application of key concepts.
    • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
    • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and on-the-job training sessions as needed.

    •Compliance and Regulatory Training:
    • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are knowledgeable and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

    •Technology Integration:
    • Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery and accessibility.
    • Stay current on industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to training.

    •Process Analysis:
    • Evaluate existing pharmacy processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
    • Use process mapping and analysis tools to understand workflow and dependencies.

    •Training and Development:
    • Work with the Director of Staff Development to integrate process improvement into staff training programs.
    • Provide ongoing support and training as needed.

    •Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pharmacy operations.
    • Implement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
    Qualification Requirements:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • 2 Years Experience in a training role in specialty pharmacy or similar field
    • A strong understanding of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and pharmacy operations is essential to effectively train and develop pharmacy staff.
    • Clear and effective communication is crucial for conveying information during training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing feedback to staff.
