You will assume full accountability for the performance and operational excellence of a diverse portfolio that includes LIHTC, PBV, and RAD units on 87 acres with a staff of 14+ members. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving profitability, optimizing occupancy ensuring compliance delivering exceptional resident experiences. You will serve as the primary liaison for ownership groups offering strategic insights performance reporting partnership management
