One of our firm's top clients is looking for a supply chain specialist to join their growing team.

The ideal person for this position is a jack of all trades in supply chain operations and enjoys the challenge of being involved in different areas of the business.

Responsibilities
Ability to support supply chain, logistics, and other areas including inventory, purchasing and buying
Manage day-to-day operations of domestic carriers and warehouse partners.
Assist with domestic packaging operations with various market partners and the railcar fleet program
Manage day-to-day import movements from various regions around the globe to US ports and warehouses
Interface with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, drayage partners & warehouses.
Container tracking; Inventory receipts.
Support inventory management & demand planning analysis

Requirements
Preference for 4 year degree
Must have experience in raw materials or specialty ingredients
3+ years in supply chain operations
Comfortable using various software tools and systems
