    As part of the Chief Strategy & Architecture Office, you will play a crucial role in managing our Group Information Systems (IS), participating to define central transversal services and supporting the execution of our global Digital & IT strategy in the countries.

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct transversal architecture studies to identify the most suitable IT solutions to efficiently support and sustain business activities.
    • Participate in the elaboration of Ayvens Digital & IT strategy and facilitate its execution across central functions and countries.
    • Conduct analyses to evaluate business needs and identify IT solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
    • Collaborate with business and IT leaders across supported countries and central functions to understand requirements and ensure technology initiatives support goals, in coordination with domain leaders.
    • Apply architecture governance to ensure validation of designed architectures and solutions through Architecture Committee / Design Authority.
    • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, policies, and guidelines and ensure their understanding and application across the organization.
    • Work with local architecture teams to review current and future state architectures, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with global standards. Promote adoption of centrally delivered services and rationalization of the IT landscape.
    • Act as a bi-directional liaison between the supported countries and the central Enterprise Architecture team, helping to solve local issues and cascade Group requirements and information.
    • Provide mentoring and coaching to local architecture teams to enhance their capabilities in enterprise architecture practices.

    Who are we looking for?

    The ideal candidate collaborates with business and IT leaders, provides guidance and expertise, and drives alignment with global architecture strategies and standards. Excellent communication is required with high-level stakeholders (local CIO, Regional CDIO) and strong adaptability to different country contexts and objectives.

    • You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field.
    • 10 years of expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Proven experience in IS strategy and governance, with a focus on driving IT transformation in large organizations.
    • Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
    • Proficient in managing large application repositories and KPI reporting.
    • Strong understanding of information technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
