    Although customer service experience is a plus, we are willing to train the best candidate for this position.

    The position is hourly, full-time, 40 hours week, 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with one hour for lunch.

    SummaryThe Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, while staying knowledgeable and up to date on current onboarding practices.


    Essential Functions:
    Provide excellent customer service, answer routine questions of clients / candidates, and maintain center for operational readiness to receive donors/applicants

    Administer Drug Screenings:
    The position will require certification for DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections. Candidate should be comfortable dealing with applicant/donors and handling bodily fluids.
    Manage inbound / outbound calls and voice messages.
    Must adhere to industry/company guidelines regarding health/safety protocols.

    Commitment to accuracy, privacy, and confidentiality in dealing with highly sensitive Personal Identity InformationFocused on details while being able to multi-task.

    Complete assigned administrative task via internal system queues, applicant scheduling and status of orders.
    Professional and patient while being able to explain to client/applicants procedures and process.
    Willingness to go onsite to client locations within NC when needed is a plus. (advanced notice provided and mileage reimbursed)Be able to work independently and within a multi office team setting.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Exceptional Customer Service skillsProfessional and Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently, and as well as a part of a team.

    Strong time management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines.
    Organized, logical, and able to follow directions.
    Phone etiquette with the ability to initiate and receive calls and faxes.
    Ability to handle all assignments with discretion and confidentiality.
    Proficiency in navigating metric-based work environment is essential for success.


    Requirements:
    High School Degree or GED Required.
    Preferred experience in background investigations.
    FCRA Certification a plus.
