- Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit
- Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week
- Care for obstetric patients with varying degrees of complexity
- Level 1 Labor & Delivery experience is required
- No local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Responsible for delivering high-quality care to obstetric patients, including monitoring, triage, and interventions
- Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team and delegates tasks to support staff
- Documents patient responses, assists in exams, performs minor diagnostic procedures, and administers medications
- Must be able to respond effectively to the cultural and language needs of patients and families
- 6-month separation is required after a 26-week contract extension before returning for another assignment
- Active Oklahoma or multistate compact RN license
- Minimum of one year of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required; BSN or MSN preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association required
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advance Provider or NRP Instructor certification required
- Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate nursing care and effectively communicate
