    Job Title:

    Construction Laborer*Job Description
    Join our dedicated construction team as a Construction Laborer and be part of a dynamic crew meeting at the yard at 7:00 AM for a daily debrief before heading to various job sites.

    Your role is critical for the team's success, ensuring reliability, hard work, and punctuality.

    Work alongside skilled professionals in a team environment under the guidance of a foreman to complete tasks such as hand digging around utilities, operating construction equipment, loading materials, following safety policies, reporting equipment issues, performing light tool and equipment maintenance, and assisting in hauling equipment.

    Your contributions will help in maintaining the job site and equipment, as well as preparing trucks with the necessary equipment each morning.

    A Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM awaits you, along with opportunities for skills advancement with the aim of training laborers into Linemen positions.    Hard Skills
    + Construction experience (minimum 2 years)+ Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols on-site+ Proficiency in heavy lifting, site cleaning, and using power tools and machinery+ Experience with using a forklift (certification not required)+ Stock counting and equipment preparationSoft Skills
    + Strong self-initiative+ Self-starter qualities+ Team player+ Good communication skills+ Willingness to learn and grow within the tradeJob Type
    This is a Contract-to
    • Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
    Work Site
    This is a fully on-site position in San Carlos, California.Work Environment
    Fieldwork at various job sites, starting from the jobsite yard and commuting to the specific sites. Working in crews of 4-5, under the supervision of a foreman.
