    Position Overview A major initiative is currently underway to modernize the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE) Campus at Fort Eisenhower (formerly Fort Gordon) to educate and train advanced Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Signal Soldiers
    The transformation plan must ensure the CCOE training mission continues with minimal disruption during 6 major construction projects, 7 large renovation projects and 11 demolition projects occurring through 2031
    Technical assistance in support of the FGGA transformation initiative is required in engineering, planning, operations, and classroom requirements analysis
    Qualifications Minimum Qualifications


    • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited College or University as is required to fill a government position in the civil service as an engineer in the disciplines necessary to accomplish the work (GS series 0800).
    • At least six years of experience in specialized engineering field to which assigned (e.g., electrical or mechanical).
    • At least five years' experience or proven knowledge of project management, design, and construction of Military Construction (MILCON) and Sustainment, Repair and Maintenance (SRM) projects; or in public works (e.g., Army, Navy or Marine Public Works department or Air Force Base Civil Engineer Squadron) or real property/master planning processes of the Army, Navy, Air Force or Marines.
    • At least five years' experience using cost estimating, drawing, geographic information systems and scheduling software used by the military public works departments and Army Corps of Engineer Districts
    • At least 1 year experience using AutoCADLT or equivalent computer aided design software, such that contractor shall be capable of making classroom layouts, site drawings and proposed modifications to facilities in all facility engineer disciplines and meeting standard Computer aided design standards of the US Army Corps of Engineers design contracts
