    Bookkeeper/Front Office Administrator - CPA Firm

    Location:
    Rural area near Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma


    Job Description:
    We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Front Office Administrator to join the team.

    The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a CPA firm environment, with a strong background in processing payroll, using QuickBooks to reconcile accounts, and performing month-end close for multiple clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for clients accurately and in a timely manner
    • Utilize QuickBooks to reconcile accounts and perform monthend close procedures
    • Provide administrative support to the CPA firm and assist with various office tasks
    • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
    • Stay uptodate on payroll filing and tax deposit requirements to ensure compliance

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience working in a CPA firm administrative role
    • Proficiency in using QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
    • Working knowledge of payroll filing and tax deposit requirements
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
