We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our healthcare team. The ADON will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare regulations, and the professional development of our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and supervising nursing staff and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor patient care for quality, safety, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Provide leadership in staff training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
