SUMMARY The Normal CornBelters Game Day Promotional Team is responsible for the execution of game night activities both on and off the field for the Corn Crib.
The CornBelters promotional team represents the CornBelters brand as well as our valued partners by interacting directly with fans throughout each CornBelters and KCL home game night.
We are looking for enthusiastic power team members to perform in front of large crowds at home games.A power team member brings energy and enthusiasm to the fan experience.
We are looking for someone who will be a strong performer, highly charismatic, and a team playerDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Developing, planning, scripting, and executing all in-game entertainment and team sponsorship requirementsWriting nightly game scripts for the PA Announcer, and the front office staffWork alongside our marketing department / Director of Marketing on mascot handling and community appearancesLead the creation of new and entertaining content for all in-park promotions/entertainment and not just between innings or on fieldAdvance the in game fan experience of the CornBelters organizationBe creative and apply ideas to help further fan engagement and reach to target audiencesCOMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONSHave an enthusiastic, positive attitude and provide a strong effort to succeedSelf-motivated, detail oriented, highly organizedVery upbeat, fun personalityMust be available for all CORNBELTERS/ KCL home games and have ability to work extended hours including weeknights and weekendsCan succeed in a team environmentAble to multi-task and effectively problem solveComfortable interacting in front of large crowdsCOMPENSATIONThis is an unpaid position.
