*Under the direction of a physician order, plans and implements specific physical/occupational therapy evaluation and treatment plan programs. The treatment is based on the patient's physical, developmental and psychosocial needs. Provides advisory service to other team members to provide quality patient care. Functions under the direct supervision of the Director and Assistant Director.

This Physical Therapist position is working within a Mercy Family Medicine Clinic and is heavy integrated with primary care.

Graduate of an accredited B.S. degree, MS degree or Doctorate degree program in Physical and have passed their national registration exam.

Certifications:
Must have a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Card or complete a course within their probation period.

Equipment Used:
May occasionally work with office equipment; i.e. copy machines, telephones, computer. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities.
