Drive proactive engagement with policymakers regulatory agencies and industry associations to influence legislation and regulations affecting the plastics industry ensuring alignment with company objectives and global standards Lead the development and management of coalitions that engage diverse stakeholders across the value chain fostering collaboration driving consensus to successfully influence public policy outcomes Monitor analyze report on emerging regulatory legislative trends impacting plastics providing actionable insights to internal leadership to inform business strategy Develop implement advocacy strategies to promote responsible use innovation circular solutions for plastics positioning the company as a leader in addressing environmental regulatory challenges Build maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including government officials NGOs trade associations multilateral organizations fostering collaboration on plastics related issues such as recycling circular product initiatives global environmental frameworks Partner internal teams align advocacy efforts corporate goals ensure consistent messaging on plastic s related issues Represent company in industry forums conferences public hearings delivering compelling presentations testimony advocate policies support plastic s industry while addressing environmental concerns Provide strategic guidance managing public regulatory challenges related plastic s focusing maintaining company reputation Champion initiatives enable ExxonMobil circular products including recycling programs waste reduction innovation in materials collaborating promote adoption within industry Prepare briefings position papers reports communicate company stance policies initiatives ensuring clarity alignment corporate values
