    Description


    We are looking for a Website Administrator and Developer to be responsible for the coding, innovative design and layout of our website(s).

    Web developer responsibilities include building our website from concept all the way to completion from the bottom up, fashioning everything from the home page to site layout and function.

    Web Administrator responsibilities include managing ongoing website updates, tracking and measuring website performance and improving the website to increase visibility and reach.

    Responsibilities
    Develop website layout/user interface by using the tools/ platform we use (Framer, React, HTML, CSS, Figma, GA)
    Create and maintain the CMS and linkages in Framer (or other low-code platforms)
    Gather and refine specifications and requirements for components of the website
    Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling our site
    Work with web designers to match visual design intent
    Manage the website including updates and improvements
    Analyse, measure and report performance with periodic reports and updates
    Requirements and skills
    Good programming skills and in-depth knowledge of HTML/CSS, Java Script, React, Framer
    A solid understanding of how websites work including security, trends, and best practices
    Adequate knowledge of website development including analytics plug-ins and set up (GA, Pixels)
    Hands-on experience with diagnostics, and analytics tools like GA and data visualization using Studio, or other software
    In depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization processes and CRO
    Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
    Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets
    Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
    A degree in computer science or equivalent experience
    What you will do
    Develop, stand up, and manage the website
    Set up and track performance analytics for the website
    Manage revisions and edits for the website
    Onboard content and develop new sections as required
    Track and report website performance, SEO performance and security
