    As an Early Learning Program Therapist at Youth In Need, you will play a key role in implementing Conscious Discipline. This involves observing, offering feedback, and developing customized therapeutic plans. Your responsibilities will include providing therapeutic support to individual children, as well as educating families on social-emotional development, proactive measures for mental and behavioral well-being, and techniques to assist their children.

    Your Role:



    We are seeking Therapists with a Master's Degree in Counseling or a related field, who have successfully completed the National Counselor Exam (NCE) or possess a Masters in Social Work alongside LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) certification. Ideal candidates will hold a PLPC, LPC, or LCSW credential. We offer free or low-cost supervision opportunities.



    This position is salaried, with initial compensation starting at $52,603 for Provisionally Licensed therapists and $59,800 for Licensed professionals. While the role will primarily be based in St. Charles County, occasional travel to our additional sites in Lincoln, Warren, Montgomery, and St. Louis County/City may be required. Candidates must be CPR certified and hold a valid driver's license.
