    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Specialist to join our team. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software.

    • You will manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner and respond to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat.
    • You will provide customer assistance and document customer interactions.
    • You will run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues and escalate them to the next Tier when necessary.
    • You will install, make changes, and repair computer hardware and software.
    • You will follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Help Desk tickets efficiently.
    • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
    • Document customer interactions and resolutions.
    • Run diagnostics to troubleshoot issues.
    • Escalate complex issues to the next level of support.
    • Install, configure, and repair computer hardware and software.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of ITIL/ISM processes.
    • Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management software.

    Work Environment:

    This role requires frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, and sitting. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles.
