    OverviewAs the Delivery Driver you will be provided daily routes to drop off building materials and tools to designated worksites and clients. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to use GPS efficiently, you'll need to be able to plan the shortest delivery route possible.
    Responsibilities
    • Drive various Class 5 and smaller company vehicles, transporting construction materials to job sites.
    • Check and report general mechanical vehicle condition.
    • Load material and/or equipment onto company trucks either by hand or with a forklift or other lifting equipment.
    • Ensure load is correctly placed and secured to the avoid damage to the truck or material(s).
    • Perform general maintenance, cleaning, & organizing of company vehicles.
    • Assist shipping/receiving department as needed.
    • Verify order contents against delivery sheets and verify completeness of order prior to delivery.
    • Handle and preserve equipment and materials to prevent damage.

    Qualifications and Skills
    • 1+ year of recent driving experience with large delivery vehicles and trailers (24 foot and longer trailers is a plus).
    • 1+ year of recent Forklift experience.
    • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a rolling 5-year, driving record that meets our requirements.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a current DOT physical exam.
    • Ability to communicate with shop and field personnel to fulfill and deliver orders.
    • Ability and commitment to follow all applicable safety requirements.
    • Must be able to lift 35 lb frequently on a daily basis.
    • Must be able to sit, stand, walk throughout your shift.
    • Ability to work independently under general supervision.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.

    Schedule: Monday - Friday (5:00AM - 1:30PM)
    Compensation: $ $22.00 Hourly + Amazing Benefits for Employee + Family
