    Our client, a global law firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior recruiters. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recruiting coordination from a professional services firm.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collecting and processing new hire paperwork
    • Preparing materials for candidates and interviews
    • Entering manager feedback into internal systems
    • Assisting with the creation of promotional materials
    • Maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
    • Performing other administrative duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Bachelor's degree required
