    Engineering Standards:


    As a Senior Engineer, you will continually enhance your expertise, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, departmental design guides, and applicable engineering codes.

    Your responsibility includes applying this knowledge independently to ensure the seamless execution of tasks within the framework of our clients policies and procedures.


    Quality/Continuous Improvement:


    Demonstrating a commitment to quality, you will consistently apply knowledge and adhere to our client's quality program, ensuring that all assigned tasks meet the highest standards.

    Furthermore, you may take on the responsibility of ensuring team-wide compliance with the quality program, providing guidance to colleagues within your project and discipline.


    Engineering Production:


    In this capacity, you will prepare a diverse range of complex engineering deliverables, conducting in-depth research to develop recommendations for equipment and materials selection.

    Your role involves managing budgets, schedules, and quality requirements, showcasing your ability to plan and conduct independent evaluations, and overseeing lower-level engineering work or assignments.


    Project Coordination:


    Actively collaborating with internal and external team members, you will coordinate efforts on moderately complex projects, ensuring seamless communication and efficient project execution.

    Your role extends to identifying key client interests and drivers on less complex projects, effectively communicating these to the project team, and developing strategies to address these concerns in the work performance.


    Knowledge Sharing, Innovation, and Technology:


    As a recognized technical specialist within the division, your in-depth knowledge of engineering processes and technical aspects of the industry will contribute significantly to project success.

    Your responsibilities will include designing complete projects of moderately complex scope within assigned practice areas, showcasing your proficiency and expertise.


    People Management:


    Engaging in people management, you will actively participate in the performance management process, mentorship, recognition, and any corrective actions that may be required.

    This collaborative approach fosters a supportive work environment, enabling the team to achieve their full potential.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
    Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
    Must hold a Professional Engineering Licence or be able to obtain one within 6 months of joining

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Substation Design experience – Physical and/or Protection & Controls
    Quality Assurance and Quality Control of substation design projects

    Benefits


    Base Salary:
    $110-135k

    Bonus:

    5-15% of Annual Base
