    Job Title:
    New Product Project Manager/NPD Project Manager/R&D Project Manager

    Location:
    Warminster, PA (Onsite)

    Full Time Role

    MUST have Medical Device experience.


    NOTE:

    Client is looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in leading/driving new medical device products through the design controls and product development process.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop project plans in collaboration with project core team members and functional leaders for the design and development of medical devices.
    • Lead project team through the execution of tasks ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
    • Lead special projects as dictated by business needs.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
    • Identify potential project risks related to safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
    • Monitor and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource constraints.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the context of medical device design and development.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into project management methodologies.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Engineering, Physical or Life Science) with an MBA or other advanced degree preferred
    • Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager in medical device design and development.
    • Knowledge of FDA regulations and international standards for medical devices is preferred.
    • Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, SmartSheet, or similar.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $120, $150,000.00 per year
