- Ability to keep track of inventory when replacing parts / and replacing hardware, and software licenses
- Complete requests in a timely fashion to the end user's satisfaction
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after hour support in a timely manner
- Escalate request that that you need help resolving
- Look for ways to improve processes and reduce non-value add steps

JASPER is seeking a candidate to fill an open position on our IT Help Desk team at our Leavenworth, IN facility. You will be responsible for troubleshooting PC's, printers, iOS devices, thin clients, and network connectivity in our office and production environments. To be successful in this position you will manage a ticket queue effectively and give excellent customer service.
Qualifications: 1 + years' experience working in a helpdesk environment preferred.
