Job summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Intake Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth.Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Educate patients and families about health conditions,- Mental health resources
- Self-care strategies
- Medications administration accurately
- Treatments safely following physician orders
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care ensuring effective communication and teamwork..
