    job summary:
    Great company looking for a quality engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience with IATF/ISO systems. 5+ years of relevant experience is equivelant to a degree and will also be considered. Candidate should be very detail oriented with running audits.

    All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without needing sponsorship.

    responsibilities:
    Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our quality management systems.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain our quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.

  • Create and manage documentation relating to quality systems, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.

  • Train employees on quality assurance processes and standards to ensure consistent understanding and compliance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related issues.

  • Analyze and interpret quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in quality regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Audit raw material suppliers to assess quality systems compliance.

  • All other duties as assigned.
