RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides direct patient care as defined in State's Nurse Practice ActImplements plan of care initiated by the registered nurseProvides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of careAssesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of carePrepares and coordinates clinical notes and progress notesWe welcome you to submit your resume or if you would prefer, call us during office hours, Mon-Fri 8:30 am- 5:00 pm at , ask for Preston.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current CA Vocational Nurse LicenseWe accept NEW GRADS under the Flex Waiver ProgramCurrent PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent State license, CPR certification and valid driver's license (local travel required)
