Job Description:

In this role, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our HRIS systems to support the needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HRIS platforms, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in HRIS management, with expertise in platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Financials, or legacy SAP HCM.

Proven experience managing budgets of $5 million or more, with a focus on cost optimization and financial accountability.
Experience effectively managing teams of 5 or more resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
Experience working in medium to large enterprise environments, with a deep understanding of enterprise IT architecture and processes.
