    Pacific Staffing is recruiting a

    Program

    Administrator

    to join a leading social empowerment organization in the Sacramento area.

    The Program Administrator will provide vital program support, facilitate collaborations with stakeholders, and contribute to the development of culturally responsive interventions.

    This is a long-term contract position with a

    hybrid

    schedule.


    Pay:
    $34/hr.

    The

    ideal

    candidate

    has 3+ years of project management, grant contracts, community organizing, and policy advocacy experience, nonprofit or community-based sectors preferred.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Collaborate with supervisors to shape program vision and strategies.
    Execute program strategies by liaising with partners, developing materials, and managing day-to-day operations.
    Coordinate logistics for program events, webinars, and meetings.
    Provide administrative support and assist in developing internal processes.
    Offer technical assistance and facilitate workshops informed by community input.
    Assist in budget monitoring and conduct research on funding opportunities and policy issues.


    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    3+ years of grants, contracts, community organizing, or policy advocacy experience.
    Familiarity with public health and health equity initiatives preferred.
    Bachelor's degree
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based business systems.
    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    Commitment to professional integrity and teamwork.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and requirements.
    Bilingual skills preferred.
