- National backing (Optum) with local pulse and culture (ProHealth Physicians)
- Seeking a Full-Time commitment of 3-4 days per week
- Not a walk-in clinic; scheduled visits
- Scheduled patient visits while collaborating with PCP at practice
- Autonomy in practice and seeking experience as a clinician
- Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete program
- Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of (Connecticut) or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP
- Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

Connecticut Residents Only:
The salary range for
Connecticut residents is $110,040 to $139,000 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
