Job Description

Position Title: Dispatch Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage field service personnel efficiently.
Keep field teams informed and provide assistance.
Maintain precise records of dispatch operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Showcase company services and address customer issues.
Schedule appointments according to priority and customer availability.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Support team goals as required.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in customer service and dispatching.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
Knowledge of ServiceTitan software is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

Compensation: $21-25 per hour.
Work hours: 11:30 am to 8 pm.
Location: Onsite at Saint Paul office (relocating to West St. Paul in September).
