- Creating new materials with a focus on clear visual flow and storytelling (e.g., product pitchbooks, performance updates, webcasts, internal communications)
- Collaborating with Product Specialists and Product Solutions to develop original content frameworks and storyboards for new products, offerings and fund structures
- Performing quality control reviews and mentoring junior team members to ensure timely and high-quality updates to recurring materials and deliverables
- Improving content design, packaging and delivery by applying visual hierarchy, sequencing and layout principles
- Optimizing the presentation of information to ensure effectiveness, clarity and pinpoint accuracy
- Analyzing product and investment data to extract insights and integrate them into cohesive narratives that reinforce consistent messaging
- Building relationships with key partners across the Firm to source relevant data and content for new marketing materials and investor messaging
- Participating in internal projects that support fundraising and firmwide marketing initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 8 years of relatable experience in financial services with a focus on product messaging and materials
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Experience with Seismic is strongly preferred
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is strongly preferred
- Understanding of private debt or fixed income is a plus
- Outstanding organization and project management skills, particularly with respect to managing time-sensitive requests
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Department Overview
The Global Product Group ("GPG") is a component of the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") that is responsible for the investor product lifecycle, spanning product ideation and development, product marketing and execution, product management and reporting. The team oversees, manages and seeks to optimize the Firm's existing suite of investor products. GPG collaborates with Firm leadership and business unit leaders to plan and execute high impact projects such as new fund launches, product extensions, customized separate account vehicles and new multi-product strategic partnerships. The team also serves as the product expert for the Firm's investor product offerings.
Position Responsibilities
The Vice President will support IPG's sales efforts by developing and creating compelling investor marketing materials, including content for new product launches.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications & Experience:

For New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $175,000 to $230,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
