*THIS POSITION IS FULLY REMOTE BUT MUST BE A LOCAL RESIDENT TO ARIZONAAs a Business Analyst at our federally regulated telephone company, your primary responsibility will be to upgrade and enhance the quality of telephone, data, and Internet services for residents and businesses in the Community. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that our projects align with community needs and regulatory standards. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting detailed analysis, creating project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines and deliverables in an agile environment. Additionally, you will participate in QA testing to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions. Your experience in the telecommunications industry and project management will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for our community-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product management and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvements.
Create detailed documentation, including process flows, use cases, and test plans.
Work closely with the application development manager, scrum master, and development team to ensure successful project delivery.
Perform QA testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation.
Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant parties.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and workshops.

. Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in QA testing methodologies and tools.
Knowledge of telecommunications industry processes (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
