We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate who is sharp, service-driven, and loves creating meaningful moments for clients. If you're passionate about fashion, people, and storytelling through style, you'll thrive here.
The ideal candidate will embody Rowan's brand values, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the store's overall success. Compensation is based on experience but can range from $20-$24 an hour plus 3% commission on sales.
Responsibilities
Deliver an elevated in-store experience through warm hospitality and personalized styling
Build genuine relationships with clients and drive repeat business
Support clients with styling, outfitting, gifting, and seasonal wardrobe needs
Maintain a beautifully presented floor, clean, curated, and inspiring
Assist with inventory, stock flow, and merchandising
Meet and exceed individual and store goals through active engagement
Contribute to opening/closing routines and daily operations
Stay sharp on new arrivals, brand stories, and styling technique
Work collaboratively with a small, passionate team in a premium environment
