We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will be responsible for facilitating and executing the HR strategy, managing the union contract and relationship, talent management, company HR policies and programs, and employee relations in support of the overall business objectives.

• Serve as site HR functional leader providing strategic business support aligned with HR best practices and company objectives.
