- ad-hoc cash requests including checks, wires, ACH payments, transfers, and receipts.
- assigned request inboxes, review the requests to ensure all necessary information is included and is accurate, and enter requests into the appropriate custodial accounting system.
- for identifying, setting up, and maintaining all recurring cash items including bill payments.
- and maintain client payment schedules and reconcile payment processes daily.
- exception reports provided by custodian bank and researching discrepancies, and address discrepancies in a timely manner to reconcile cash balances.

- degree in financial, accounting, business administration, or related field
- years of progressive experience within Trust operations or Wealth Management

The Operations Specialist will provide analytical support to the Wealth Management and Investment Sector. This person will support back-office functions and will be heavily involved in reviewing cash and asset requests, entering custodial accounting systems with proper coding, and sending taxation and descriptions for approval.
