- You will perform extremely complex and wide-ranging functions involving developing policy, standards and procedures in undefined and evolving subject matters, with changing rules, competing interests, and minimum funds.

Summary You will serve as the JOINT POSTURE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (JPMO) DIRECTOR in the JOINT POSTURE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (JPMO) at the NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PACIFIC (NAVFAC PAC)MAXIFLEX SCHEDULING MAY BE OFFERED Duties

Qualifications This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates

You must currently be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) if applying for the 0801 series
You must be a Registered Architect (RA) if applying for the 0808 series
Your license or registration must be held in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
You MUST provide a copy of your current license/registration with your application
A copy of a wall certificate that does not have an expiration date will not serve to verify this requirement
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying advanced engineering and architecture theories, concepts, and principals to provide expert advice on program operations; 2) Providing significant and innovative recommendations for unusual Pacific Deterrence Initiatives (PDI) issues or situations; 3) Guiding, motivating and leading team members in achieving timely execution of program goals
