Job summary
The Director of Business Affairs supervises the financial and facilities transactions for the School under the direction of the Head of School.- The chief financial officer leads teams in accounting, business planning human resources administration facilities management risk management health services and food services.
- This position assists reports to the Head of School supervises staff teams including Facilities Manager maintenance/security/custodial functions school property insurance programs contractors Facilities Committee renovation replacement construction projects third parties revenue source contracts fees equipment leases maintenance school health services personnel policies procedures regarding health physical safety bid specifications reviews execute contracts Board policy purchasing supplies materials equipment responsible cost effective accurate manner annual employee contracts compensation letters Faculty/Staff Handbook Indexed Tuition application awarding Principal Director Admissions net tuition enrollment goals parents employees trustees vendors consultants technology team software installations training reducing cyber threats federal state laws board policies resource person regulations best practices recommendations major decisions Admin Team faculty/staff handbook expectations vital faith Jesus Christ.
