Finance and Transactions Associate – New York - Jameson Legal

Annual salary range:
$310,000 – $420,000
We are looking to speak with finance and transaction associate attorneys to join our client's Banking practice in their New York office.
Your practice will be focussed on corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings and securities law compliance.
In addition, you will have had exposure to corporate governance and general corporate structuring, including limited liability companies, partnerships and stockholder agreements.
