    Sr. Liability Claims Specialist, Supervisor

    Lead a high-performing team of adjusters at Creative Risk Solutions (CRS), a leading Third-Party Administrator specializing in innovative claims management solutions under the Holmes Murphy umbrella.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Adjudicate complex claims, investigate and negotiate settlements while maintaining accurate documentation.
    • Maintain open communication with customers and fronting carriers and meet with clients to discuss coverage issues.

    Foster relationships by prioritizing problem-solving and collaborating to deliver impactful solutions for our clients driving operational excellence in claims handling from start to finish ensuring timely responses adherence Best Practices Claims research respond inquiries insureds claimants agency partners carriers coach team members conduct performance feedback support career development facilitate meetings attend training coordinate ongoing training set regular file review diaries meet staff monthly participate quarterly meetings help staff annual goals round tables train mentor company committees encourage subrogation fraud identification participation claim reviews risk control workshops mediate between insureds insurance companies interpret reports drive change manage multiple tasks state insurance regulations pass licensing exams commitment education world-class client experience ensure compliance prioritize relationships impact solution holmes murphy associates equal opportunity employer.
